Se est\u00e1 desarrollando en Wellington la Iglehart Cup, que cuenta con la presencia de 11 equipos de hasta 16 goles de h\u00e1ndicap. Tras el fin de la etapa clasificatoria, el jueves ser\u00e1 el turno de las semifinales, en donde Copperline Farm se medir\u00e1 ante BTA, mientras que 90210 Polo har\u00e1 lo propio frente a Tonkawa.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La acci\u00f3n se desarrolla en Patagones Polo Club y en el National Polo Center y es un tributo a Philip Iglehart, quien lleg\u00f3 a los 7 goles de handicap y, entre otros hitos, fue campe\u00f3n del US Open en 1953. Luego, en 1993 ingres\u00f3 al Museum of Polo and Hall of Fame. Uno de los premios que se entregan en la ceremonia del Hall of Fame, el Philip Iglehart Award, se cre\u00f3 en 2001 para reconocer a todos aquellos quienes han hecho significativos aportes al polo a lo largo de su vida.<\/span><\/p>\n

La final de la Iglehart Cup est\u00e1 prevista para el domingo 17 de marzo, en Patagones; mientras que las semifinales ser\u00e1n este jueves en el National Polo Center.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
