Una nueva jornada doble del British Open Polo Championship for the Cowdray Gold Cup se llev\u00f3 a cabo. En esta oportunidad, los partidos se jugaron en Guards y Zacara<\/strong>. Este viernes 5 de julio,<\/strong> hubo dos encuentros que terminaron con victorias de Black Bears y de Park Place<\/strong>, ante Gaston y Green Gates respectivamente.<\/p>\n

El primer duelo se dar\u00eda en el club de polo de la realeza brit\u00e1nica, en donde Black Bears,<\/strong> necesitado de ganar para seguir dependiendo de si mismo, se med\u00eda ante el invicto Gaston Polo.\u00a0<\/strong>El duelo comenz\u00f3 parejo, con el equipo chileno sacando diferencia\u00a0en el primer chukker, pero poco a poco, con la gran figura de Facundo Pieres, el conjunto suizo fue llevando el resultado para su lado, hasta terminar en el 9-8 final.\u00a0<\/strong>Ambos equipos ahora tienen dos victorias y una derrota, definiendo su situaci\u00f3n en el \u00faltimo encuentro.<\/p>\n

Para cerrar la jornada, se enfrentaban en Zacara, Park Place y Green Gates.<\/strong>\u00a0El equipo del ruso Borodin ven\u00eda de perder ambos encuentros, mientras que el del emirat\u00ed Noor, hab\u00eda perdido uno y ganado el otro, era un duelo clave para los dos. En un escenario de pel\u00edcula, con la lluvia como protagonista, Hilario Ulloa<\/strong> gui\u00f3 a su equipo a ganar en suplementario con el tanto de Juano Britos para el 12-11 final<\/strong>, y as\u00ed cortar la sequ\u00eda.<\/p>\n
