El polo en Pakist\u00e1n vivi\u00f3 un nuevo d\u00eda de finales en el Jinnah Polo Club, ubicado en la ciudad de Lahore. En esta oportunidad, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la final de la 4th President of Pakistan Polo Cup; en donde FG Polo se midi\u00f3 ante Olympia\/AZB Polo.\u00a0<\/strong>Ambos equipos hab\u00edan ganado tres partidos y perdido el restante en la fase preliminar, que les permiti\u00f3 llegar hasta esta instancia para poder disputarse el t\u00edtulo.<\/p>\n

Igualmente, antes de la gran final, se disput\u00f3 la final subsidiaria; en donde BN\/New Age le gan\u00f3 a DS Polo por 6-4<\/strong>. El equipo de Babar Naseem<\/strong> fue superior a lo largo de los cinco chukkers y gan\u00f3 con justicia. En el tr\u00e1mite hubo un gran trabajo en equipo y \u00a0donde tanto Tito Ruiz Gui\u00f1azu como Marcos Solari desplegaron sus mejores armas.<\/p>\n

Luego de la subsidiaria, le tocaba el turno a la otra final, en donde FG Polo<\/strong> demostr\u00f3 su poder\u00edo ofensivo, con un Rauli Laplacette iluminado que marc\u00f3 8 goles y fue elegido el MVP del encuentro.\u00a0<\/strong>El equipo de Abbas Mukhtar hab\u00eda empezado abajo al t\u00e9rmino del primer chukker pero poco a poco empez\u00f3 a dar vuelta el marcador, al cierre de la primera mitad ya hab\u00edan sacado tres goles de ventaja. Finalmente, cuando son\u00f3 la campana final, el resultado qued\u00f3 inmortalizado en un 10-6 para FG Polo.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
