La Iglehart Cup tiene la presencia de trece equipos de hasta 16 goles de handicap, dividos en tres zonas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Vale recordar que\u00a0 la Iglehart Cup es el certamen que precede al torneo que cierra la serie, la Outback Cup, previo a la gran final de la NPC 16-Goal Championship, la cual est\u00e1 prevista para el<strong> domingo 12 de abril<\/strong> en el National Polo Center (NPC).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Los \u00faltimos resultados de la Iglehart Cup son los siguientes:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Martes 24 de febrero<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Flying H (1-0) 9-7 Mrs. Momma Bear\/LW Ranch (0-1)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Kaia (1-0) 14-9 Lost Creek Ranch (0-1)<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Mi\u00e9rcoles 25 de febrero<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>90210 Polo (1-0) 16-11 Las Brisas (0-19<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>La Iglehart Cup debe su nombre a Philip L.B. Iglehart, quien comenz\u00f3 a jugar al polo desde chico, cuando era alumno de la Aiken Preparatory School, en North Carolina, desde donde pas\u00f3 a la St. Paul&#8217;s School, en New Hampshire, siguiendo posteriormente con sus estudios universitarios en Yale University, en Connecticut. Iglehart lleg\u00f3 a los 7 goles de handicap y tras 20 a\u00f1os como jugador decidi\u00f3 retirarse para continuar su actividad en los negocios. Entre sus logros, gan\u00f3 el US Open, en 1953; fue miembro activo de Meadowbrook Polo Club, en Medford, New York, y es el fundador de Gulfstream Polo Club, en Lake Worth, Florida, que hoy ya no existe. Philip Iglehart fue ingresado al Museum of Polo and Hall of Fame en 1993, y no solo eso &#8211; uno de los premios m\u00e1s importantes de la exclusiva ceremonia anual lleva su nombre.
