{"id":30296,"date":"2018-12-05T05:42:01","date_gmt":"2018-12-05T05:42:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pololine.com\/?p=30296"},"modified":"2018-12-08T06:24:16","modified_gmt":"2018-12-08T06:24:16","slug":"se-constituyo-la-asociacion-civil-de-arbitros-de-polo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pololine.slorusso.com\/es\/noticias\/se-constituyo-la-asociacion-civil-de-arbitros-de-polo\/","title":{"rendered":"Se constituy\u00f3 la Asociaci\u00f3n Civil de \u00c1rbitros de Polo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En una carta enviada a distintos clubes de polo de todo el mundo, se dio a conocer la constituci\u00f3n de la flamante <\/span><b>Asociaci\u00f3n Civil de \u00c1rbitros de Polo (ACAP), <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">compuesta por distintos referees de esta disciplina, naturalmente. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En uno de los pasajes de la misiva, se afirma: \u201cNuestra entidad ha sido constituida para, entre otros fines, promover el deporte, formar nuevos \u00e1rbitros, dar asesoramiento y difundir el reglamento, promover los v\u00ecnculos personales y profesionales y velar por la \u00e9tica y por los intereses gremiales en el ejercicio de la especialidad\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y prosigue: \u201cEn ese marco, nos ponemos a disposici\u00f2n de V. club, tanto alertando sobre la ajenidad de la AAP respecto a los \u00e1rbitros en la actividad deportiva no organizada por ellos, como tambi\u00e9n ratificando la libertad de contrataci\u00f2n de \u00e1rbitros y referees profesionales en ese \u00e1mbito privado o internacional dado que no tienen ninguna exclusividad o restricci\u00f2n que imponga su intermediaci\u00f2n, salvo en caso de relaci\u00f3n de dependencia donde adem\u00e0s se impusieran esos l\u00edmites\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por \u00faltimo, cierran la carta de la siguiente manera: \u201cRatificando la disponibilidad de nuestros servicios de formaci\u00f2n, capacitaci\u00f2n y asesoramiento y procurando impulsar los mejores v\u00ecnculos institucionales en beneficio de este deporte, saludamos a Uds. muy atentamente\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>AUTORIDADES:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Presidente:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Julio Bensadon<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Vice:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ricardo D.
